Foto of the Week from … Cafayate: Serenity
I wanted to relax in a beautiful setting, and that is exactly what I got at the Viñas de Cafayate Wine Resort. Here are three photos that represent serenity.
Serenity
After filling on on the tasty breakfast buffet, I spend a couple of hours working on the patio.
Every once in a while, the animals on the farm wander by.
Every afternoon, I spent an hour or so reading by the pool.
Every evening, I enjoy my complimentary glass of Torrontes watching the sunset over the mountains.

If you are looking for beauty and serenity, I don’t think it gets much better than this.
I would choose this place for a romantic week with someone special. I would choose this place for a girls getaway vacation.
Either way, I want to come back.

I can’t believe you skipped wine country when you were up that way. It is definitely worth coming back to this end of the world. I’d even meet you there

One source of costume ideas is the classic anime series Sailor Moon, which depicts a wide variety of female characters to choose from. If short-skirted superheroes are not your style, however, you can always choose to picture yourself as the series’ tragic, romantic figure of Princess Serenity in her iconic empire-waist ballgown.
